TempTraq Thermometer Now Available to Monitor Fevers Continuously for 24 Hours

temptraqAt the CES exhibit in Las Vegas earlier this year, Blue Spark Technologies showed off a wireless thermometer patch aimed at parents looking to keep a close eye on their children’s fevers. It’s now available for purchase for $25 a piece directly from the manufacturer.
The TempTraq has a thermometer and a Bluetooth transmitter built-in that shares the readings continuously with a paired smartphone.
The patch works for a full 24 hour period, comfortably stuck under the arm of even small children. It lets parents know the temperature of their babies without disturbing them with a traditional thermometer.
Since it works at a distance, you may not even have to take the chance of waking the kid up by opening the door to the room.
The accompanying app tracks the temp readings, letting you know how the night went and whether fever reducers worked as expected.
The patch is single use, but you can use a number of them if you have more than one child to track everyone’s temperature with the single installation of the app.
